Return Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if the quality of our goods isn’t quite right; please contact us at  enquiry@samilyhome.com within 3 working days after received to request return and exchange the same item. Only goods with our return confirmation code will be process.  Please note that goods can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. We will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.
