Samily EXPO ONLINE SALE 2025 Terms and Conditions

Samily EXPO ONLINE SALE 2025  Terms and Conditions:

1. Samily EXPO ONLINE SALE period is from 2025.08.12 12:00 - 2025.08.25 23:59. 

2. The offer is only applicable to the official website of Samily or HOME DELIGHTS EXPO at Booth No: 3F-D20.

3. During the promotion period, free shipping is only applicable to orders with a final payable amount of HKD 200 or above (after discounts) on the        official Samily online store. For orders below this amount, there is a HKD 40 shipping charge for local  per order.  
    Customers may collect their orders at our Shek Mun office during business hours, or select the 'Freight Collect' option via SF Express.

4. Orders placed on Samily's official website will be either scheduled for delivery during specific time slots or arranged for self-pickup. (Shipping notification email will send a day before shipment.) 
 i. For successfully paid orders placed between 12th August  2025 to 18th August , 2025, 23:59, delivery will be arranged starting from 21st August  2025, or customers may  pick up at our Shek Mun office.
 ii. For successfully paid orders placed between 19th August  2025 to 25th August  2025, 23:59, delivery will be arranged starting from 28th August  2025, or customers may  pick up at our Shek Mun office.

Remark：Orders sent by SF Express are generally take 2 to 4 days to be delivered.

5. All discounted items do not accept refunds and replacements.

6. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be email to enquiry@samilyhome.com or whats app to +852 9673 8794, contacting our customer service within 24 hours after receipt. Late declarations will not be accepted. We shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

7. Supply of the gifts  / the Sales Offer is limited and available only while stocks last. Certain offers are only applicable at the HOME DELIGHTS EXPO 3F-D20.

8. In case of any dispute, Samily Group Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
