Samily EXPO ONLINE SALE 2023 Terms and Conditions:

1. Samily EXPO ONLINE SALE period is from 2023.08.15 16:00 - 2023.08.28 23:59.

2. The offer is only applicable to the official website of Samily or HOME DELIGHTS EXPO at Booth No: 3F-E18.

3. During the promotional period, all orders are not eligible for free shipping and will only be accepted for Freight Collect by SF Express or pickup at our office during business hours.

4. Orders placed on Samily's official website will be either scheduled for delivery during specific time slots or arranged for self-pickup. (Shipping notification email will send a day before shipment.)

i. For successfully paid orders placed between 15th August 2023 to 21st August , 2023, 23:59, delivery will be arranged starting from 23rd August 2023, or customers may pick up at Our Shuk Mun office.

ii. For successfully paid orders placed between 22nd August 2023 to 28th August 2023, 23:59, delivery will be arranged starting from 30th August 2023, or customers may pick up at Our Shuk Mun office.

Remark：Orders sent by SF Express are generally take 2 to 4 days to be delivered.

5. All discounted items do not accept refunds and replacements.

6. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be email to enquiry@samilyhome.com or contact our customer service hotline +852 2664 9082 within 24 hours after receipt. Late declarations will not be accepted. We shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

7. Supply of the gifts / the Sales Offer is limited and available only while stocks last.

8. In case of any dispute, Samily Group Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
