Samily Anniversary Sale 2022 Terms and Conditions

Samily Anniversary Sale Terms and Conditions:

1. Anniversary Sale period is from 2022.11.23 - 2022.12.4 23:59.

2. The offer is only applicable to the official website of Samily.

3. With net purchases of HK$800 or more, you can enjoy free local shipping on your order, and deliver by SF Express or our own fleet on our decision. 
    Delivery arrangements are as follows:
  
  * Paid order will ship on or after 2022.12.9 by our own fleet or SF Express .( Shipping notification email will send a day before shipment.) 

Remark：Orders sent by SF Express are generally take 2 to 4 days to be delivered.

4. With net purchases  less than HK$800, there is a HK$40 shipping charge for local per order, it will deliver by our own fleet or SF Express on our decision, delivery arrangements are same as the above. 
   ( Shipping notification email will send a day before shipment.)

5. With net purchases  less than HK$1000, there is a HK$80 shipping charge per shipment to Macau or China, it will deliver by courier. 
    ( Shipping notification email will send a day before shipment.)

6. All discounted items do not accept refunds and replacements.

7. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be email to enquiry@samilyhome.com or contact our customer service hotline +852 2664 9082 within 24 hours after receipt. Late declarations will not be accepted. We shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
