Shipping lead-time and Shipping Charge
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
For International orders, we are shipping worldwide by standard air freight. The delivery times depends on the destination.
If a package is returned to Samily due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Samily is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

We will choose one of the following delivery methods according to the order situation:
1. Hongkong Post "EC-Get" Mail Service# or
2. SF Express or
3. Delivered by own fleet

# "EC-Get" is a service provided by Hongkong Post . Among territory-wide coverage of post office and iPostal Station network, any of our post offices (except mobile post
offices) or iPostal Stations can be designated as collection point. Some iPostal Stations even operates 24 hours a day, offering flexibility and convenience for mail
collection. When mail item is posted, system will issue SMS notification to recipient for the concerned item and when mail item arrives designated collection point, system
will issue SMS notification to recipient for mail collection accordingly.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country when ordering from Samily.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Samily has no control over these charges, nor can Samily predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
